There are several reasons for this: cognitive barriers, misaligned timeframes, visions that are difficult to unify, and above all a lack of action. To explore human adaptive capacities in order to help societies navigate the world\u2019s upheavals and move towards a more sustainable future.
The environment, technology, geopolitics \u2013 the landscape is changing more rapidly and more profoundly. To develop adaptability, we must first know how to measure it. Our twenty years of expeditions have enabled us to make it observable, from the individual right up to the entire organisation.<\/p>

Physiological markers.<\/strong> How the body responds to stress, as measured using tried-and-tested protocols under extreme conditions.<\/p>

Cognitive tests.<\/strong> Fatigue and cognitive load: identifying the threshold at which decision-making deteriorates.<\/p>

Sociometric tools.<\/strong> The real dynamics of a group: cooperation, tensions, the flow of information.<\/p>
